Mindy's grandmother, Cora, adds a traditional slice of wedding cake to the luggage, and Fred, Mindy's dad, is a nervous wreck about his new son-in-law's driving skills when the newlyweds board the cramped compact egg sent from Ork in lieu of the luxury egg ordered by Mork. After passing meteors and even the asteroid on which Mork's graduation party was held, the bridal couple lands in the futuristic lobby of an Orkan hotel filled with weird space travelers, as well as Orkans, who have never seen an Earth creature before. The onlookers mill around, giggling, poking and photographing Mindy, who is suddenly whisked off by uniformed officers.

  • Mork

[sings opening notes from "Also Sprach Zarathustra"] Boy, that's a catchy tune. I just wish I could remember the words!

  • Mindy

Mork, are those special glasses to shield our eyes from the ultraviolet rays?

  • Mork

No, no, Mind, these, I just bought 'em 'cause they're gnarly!

  • Fred

Yeah, that's great, Mork! [pulling Mindy away] Are you crazy? You can't let this man pilot you millions of miles through space! He doesn't even have a driver's license!

  • Mork

Ah, come on now, Pops, come on now! I've been to the four corners of the universe, I've charted 16 solar systems and I can refold a road map correctly.

  • Fred

Well, there's another thing, Mork, Mindy doesn't travel all that well. She got sick in her baby carriage.

  • Mindy

    Oh, gosh!

  • Mork

Come back, little neener pooters! Oh, come on now, don't worry about her! We're gonna be traveling first class! [electronic beeping sound] It's here, Mind! Oh, boy! Oh, boy, we're gonna go in style! We are gonna go -- [behind the door is a small egg-shaped spaceship]
Aw shazbot, they sent the compact model.

  • Fred

Well, just remember, Mork, that's pretty valuable cargo there.

  • Mork

Aw, you're right. I really am proud of this suitcase.

  • Mindy

    He meant me.

  • Mork

Oh, oh... don't you worry, your little girl is in very good hands. [Mindy reaches up to touch a button] DON'T TOUCH THAT YOU'LL KILL US ALL!

  • Mork

Well, Mind, this is just like any room on Earth! I mean, lots of rooms I've seen on Earth with floor paper and wall rugs... ceiling chairs... oh, all right, Mind, they screwed it up! I'm sorry! It looks like it was decorated by Fools R Us!

  • Mork

[doorbell rings] Dong ding? They can even screw up a doorbell.

  • Mindy

Oh, maybe it's the bellhops with our luggage. Do you tip bellhops here on Ork?

  • Mork

No, no, Mind, they're robots. If you tip them they can't get back on their feet.
