Toys soundtrack

Postby Soozcat on Fri Sep 04, 2009 7:43 am

I was a bit surprised to see there were no existing topics regarding the Toys soundtrack here, so I thought, "Ha, I'll create my own!"

Like the movie from which it comes, the Toys soundtrack is uneven but has occasional flashes of brilliance. In particular, "The Closing of the Year" by Wendy and Lisa is one of my favorite songs to play at Christmas (and occasionally at other times of the year, 'cause hey, why not?).

Your thoughts?

Hmm, I've never thought of the Toys soundtrack like that. It's not bad and the song Closing of the Year is pretty good. But as a soundtrack, nah, I prefer soundtracks like Bicentennial Man, One Hour photo, What Dreams May Come. Actually those ar eno soundtracks, those are scores.

Anyway, I'm not a big fan of the Toys soundtrack...
