Think about it: By the time his appearance is over, all you've seen him do is a bunch of accents, make some jokes about one part of his anatomy, and "learned (which you already knew)" that he's on tour. Moreover, I think that when RW comes on a show, people are primed to laugh, so he could pretty much say anything. He is a highly-paid, sad clown.
